Welcome to Rosuma Tech. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Overview

Rosuma Tech provides premium digital services including:

• Custom website design & AI‑powered development
• Google My Business setup & optimization
• Digital presence packages (social media, branding)

2. Project Workflow

Our standard process ensures transparency and client satisfaction:

1. Contact: You submit an inquiry via our form.
2. Requirement Discussion: We schedule a call or email you back to understand your needs.
3. Demo Preview: We build a working preview/demo for your approval.
4. Review & Revisions: You may request reasonable revisions within the agreed scope.
5. Final Approval & Delivery: Upon final payment, we deliver the complete website/files.

3. Payment Terms

We offer two pricing models:

• One‑Time Payment: 50% deposit to start, 50% upon completion. Full ownership transferred after final payment.
• Monthly Subscription: Setup fee + recurring monthly charge. Includes hosting, maintenance, and support. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

All invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

4. Revisions Policy

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds during the design phase. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope will be billed at our hourly rate. Major feature additions after approval are considered new work.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content specific to your business. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and to reuse non‑proprietary code/components. All third‑party assets (images, fonts) are licensed to you for use on the delivered site only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate projects that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rosuma Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. If terminated by client before completion, payment for work completed is non‑refundable.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the client resides or operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the absence of a specific governing law, general principles of international commercial law and equitable business practices shall apply. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration in a neutral venue agreed upon by both parties.
